【設計大賽】【原創】(已完成)全硬件保護正弦驅動設計(終極完美修改)-PK老壽老師單片機“短路一年不壞”

參賽類型:逆變電源

     這個電路(lu)已經設計有1個半(ban)月時(shi)間(jian)了,由于能力有限,所(suo)以動(dong)工(gong)較晚,因為忙(mang)于裝機張工(gong)的1500W機器,所(suo)以暫時(shi)先上電路(lu),板子的成品(pin)要等更新。

     首(shou)先(xian),要想好(hao)自(zi)己的(de)設計(ji)類型,帶有(you)什(shen)么(me)樣(yang)的(de)功能,選用(yong)什(shen)么(me)樣(yang)的(de)芯片,做到(dao)簡單實用(yong),考慮穩定性及成功率,生產和加工的(de)集成度。所(suo)以,我(wo)在設計(ji)的(de)時候(hou)耗時1個(ge)半月,確遲(chi)(chi)遲(chi)(chi)未能開工。

     由(you)于(yu)本人(ren)對逆變還接觸時間(jian)不長,本次設計中有誤(wu)的地方,還請高手們(men)指(zhi)點。

 

                    功(gong)能介紹:

       一,驅(qu)動板帶輔助供電繞組,全隔離型,帶IGBT負壓(ya)驅(qu)動,通用于(yu)高頻逆(ni)變,工頻逆(ni)變,UPS市電切換(huan)。

            (輔助變壓器隔離的原因(yin)是為了做到和市電切(qie)換,也便于板子的通用(yong)程度。使(shi)用(yong)過(guo)IGBT的朋(peng)友因(yin)該知道,IGBT后級(ji),能進一步提高(gao)整機(ji)效率(lv))

       二(er),溫(wen)控風扇,過溫(wen)保護。

       三,管壓(ya)降(jiang)檢測(ce)軟關斷短路保護(hu),過(guo)載保護(hu),空載檢測(ce)。

             (采用(yong)管壓降檢(jian)測(ce)保(bao)護,達(da)到更高的可(ke)靠(kao)性,進一(yi)(yi)步軟關斷(duan),使IGBT和(he)MOS的可(ke)靠(kao)性更高,空(kong)載(zai)檢(jian)測(ce),滿足長時(shi)間在線待機的損耗。空(kong)載(zai)檢(jian)測(ce),檢(jian)測(ce)空(kong)載(zai)先關斷(duan)SPWM,期間每4秒輸出一(yi)(yi)次(ci)。)

       四,蜂(feng)鳴器(qi)同步報警,提(ti)示(shi)每(mei)一個故障,提(ti)高安(an)全性。并且帶有(you)釋放信號。解決了頻繁保護開(kai)機操作的煩惱。

              (短路后先拉低SPWM至安(an)全電壓(ya),延(yan)遲0.5秒后完全關(guan)閉輸(shu)出,再每隔4秒發送一次安(an)全脈(mo)沖來檢測(ce)短路的存(cun)在(zai)與否,在(zai)1分(fen)12秒內短路任存(cun)在(zai)則關(guan)機(ji)。過載沒有直接保護,而(er)是報(bao)警(jing)并延(yan)遲1分(fen)12秒關(guan)機(ji),這(zhe)是為了使過載不和短路混亂,誤動(dong)作。)


 

     有些(xie)朋(peng)友會問,最一個(ge)(ge)逆變功能(neng)太多了反而不(bu)(bu)好(hao),當然(ran),各(ge)人風格,對于一個(ge)(ge)喜歡動手(shou)的(de)(de)DIY來說,最重要的(de)(de)不(bu)(bu)是成(cheng)本價格,而是整個(ge)(ge)過程(cheng)的(de)(de)成(cheng)就感,也能(neng)從動手(shou)的(de)(de)過程(cheng)中(zhong)學到(dao)很(hen)多的(de)(de)東西,這些(xie)東西也是錢買不(bu)(bu)到(dao)的(de)(de)。

 

       ;                  那(nei)么要制作的思路(lu)已經想好了,下面進入(ru)選料階(jie)段(duan)。

      上面我說到,保護是全硬(ying)件,如果(guo)正弦波SPWM產生電路也用全硬(ying)件,務(wu)必會(hui)增加集(ji)成度(du)和調試難(nan)度(du),所以(yi)把正弦波調制部分采(cai)用單片機。那么選(xuan)用怎樣的芯片呢(ni)?

      最終把(ba)目光鎖定在了(le)(le)TDS1093,這芯片性能(neng)優越(yue),功能(neng)強大,正適合(he)我設計的(de)電(dian)路(lu)要(yao)求,帶工頻(pin)逆變的(de)SPWM脈沖信(xin)號(hao),而且還是(shi)貼片,便(bian)于集成度。對于喜歡直插(cha)的(de)朋友(you),可以使用TDS2285,只是(shi)少了(le)(le)幾個功能(neng)。要(yao)做(zuo)到一樣的(de)功能(neng),就(jiu)要(yao)增加外(wai)圍電(dian)路(lu)了(le)(le),不推(tui)薦。

      反相器(qi)使(shi)(shi)用速度更快的74HC04,死區電(dian)路和隔(ge)離部分使(shi)(shi)用74HC00和TLP250,我只(zhi)是手頭(tou)上這(zhe)個零件比較多,所以(yi)先用上。當然(ran),使(shi)(shi)用IR2110還能進一步簡化電(dian)路,具體可(ke)參(can)考張工的1500W方案。

      輔助隔(ge)離供電部分使用(yong)UC3845和IRF640

      保護電路(lu)中用到了1個NE555和(he)2個LM393

    

      以上是(shi)驅動(dong)板所用(yong)到(dao)的(de)主要零(ling)件,可以看得出,電路用(yong)到(dao)的(de)零(ling)件并不多(duo),做到(dao)功能強大,保護齊全,是(shi)需要費很大周折的(de)。

PCB花(hua)了(le)4天時間走線,而且(qie)還是(shi)(shi)雙面(mian)(mian)板,如(ru)果使(shi)用單面(mian)(mian)板,估計(ji)板子不是(shi)(shi)過大(da),就是(shi)(shi)有很(hen)多跳線。這次設計(ji)的PCB為了(le)盡量減少過孔,和干(gan)擾(rao),所以花(hua)了(le)很(hen)大(da)力氣。

樓主。我想PK能不能這樣PK..能容易讓大家能仿制。那怕是成本再高那么一點。從芯的易購到板的易做。讓大家看了你的貼子都有能力動手制作。希望是單面板。。而且不要全是特殊的器件。特殊的器件最好能附帶參數。謝謝大賽。謝謝大賽能讓我們這些菜鳥看到一個比一個精彩的文章。我愛死你們了。

        上面已經(jing)講到了所用的(de)零件,那(nei)么(me)就(jiu)可以開始設計了,如何用這(zhe)些(xie)零件做到這(zhe)些(xie)功(gong)能(neng),首先還得把驅動電(dian)路分幾個版塊。

整個板的零件都很普通,到時候我會公布電路,至于單面還是雙面,看你們自己設計了,我的設計是雙面貼片,這樣可以做的更小巧,可惜TDS1093只有貼片的。

在開始之前,還(huan)得先解(jie)決大家對制作PCB板的煩(fan)惱,因為很(hen)多(duo)朋(peng)友看到雙面(mian)板,就(jiu)不歡而散了,當(dang)然,去廠家打樣問(wen)題很(hen)簡單。但是,為了一(yi)塊PCB真(zhen)的很(hen)劃不來,還(huan)有(you)就(jiu)是遇到PCB有(you)誤(wu)的情況下,打樣回(hui)來的板子就(jiu)需(xu)要修改,或者(zhe)重(zhong)新打樣,這樣會很(hen)浪費。但是對于(yu)喜歡自己(ji)做板的朋(peng)友,今天先和(he)大家講(jiang)講(jiang)如果自己(ji)制作PCB,而且包括雙面(mian)板制作及過孔。

事先說明:這并(bing)非做廣告,是(shi)希(xi)望(wang)喜歡動(dong)手的朋友也能自(zi)己擁有PCB制作套件

     準備的材料:

  1, 紫外線(xian)曬版(ban)燈管(guan)    2, 

  3,

   4,     5, 高純度 感(gan)光油(you)墨專用(yong)稀釋劑

  6, PCB
    7,     8, 白色感光阻焊文字油墨 絲印油墨   9, 分析純脫(tuo)膜粉 感光(guang)油(you)墨脫(tuo)膜粉  

 

 10,PCB專用鎢(wu)鋼鉆    11, PCB專用微型臺鉆

   有了上面(mian)這些,那么我(wo)們就可(ke)以(yi)隨(sui)心所(suo)欲地制(zhi)作自(zi)己喜歡的單面(mian)PCB板了,如果大家不(bu)是經(jing)常使用(yong),可(ke)以(yi)全部(bu)改用(yong)小份量的藥水,油墨(mo),迷(mi)你臺鉆和普通鉆頭,成本也不(bu)過百來塊。

下面(mian)是單面(mian)板的(de)制作教程(cheng)

 

 

        如果要(yao)制(zhi)作(zuo)雙(shuang)面(mian)板,就一定要(yao)用(yong)PCB專用(yong)鎢鋼鉆(zhan)和臺鉆(zhan)了,因為這個(ge)鉆(zhan)頭非常(chang)鋒利,鉆(zhan)出來(lai)(lai)的洞壁光(guang)滑無毛刺,由(you)于(yu)價格較(jiao)貴,3元一只(zhi)左右,所以要(yao)用(yong)臺鉆(zhan),可以大大減少鉆(zhan)頭損壞的概率,而且鉆(zhan)出來(lai)(lai)的孔也漂亮。    現在我們已經有(you)了單面(mian)板的制(zhi)作(zuo)工藝,那么(me)雙(shuang)面(mian)板也就容易(yi)了。

以下(xia)是雙面PCB的全套設備,包(bao)括:

防鍍(du)筆(bi)   1支(zhi)      表面處(chu)理劑(ji)    1瓶(ping)      活化劑(ji)   1瓶(ping)     剝膜劑(ji)   1瓶(ping)     鍍(du)前處(chu)理劑(ji)    1瓶(ping)

鍍鎳劑   2瓶(ping)     毛刷(shua)    1支  固定片(pian)  4片(pian)

 防鍍筆  表面處理劑活化劑剝膜劑鍍前處理劑鍍鎳劑毛刷

下面是主要(yao)的操(cao)作過程:

第一步:涂上防鍍膜,將已經蝕刻好線路的雙面板涂上防鍍膜第二步:鉆孔,涂好后再鉆孔

第三步:用表面處理劑進行清浩第四步:用活化劑進行處理

第五步:用剝膜劑清除防鍍膜第六步:用鍍前處理劑進行鍍前預鍍處理

第七步:放入鍍鎳劑中進行鍍鎳在有銅箔線路的表面完成鍍鎳的同時,過孔也完成了金屬化導通,看看下圖,白色的點就是被金屬化的過孔有線路的地方則順便鍍上了一層鎳,相當漂亮,既可助焊又可防線路被氧化

整個套件淘寶上有賣,這樣(yang)自己(ji)就可以(yi)制作一套漂亮的PCB雙(shuang)面板了

由(you)于工作時(shi)間緊(jin)張,所以(yi)進度(du)比較(jiao)慢,現在已經是深夜了(le),今(jin)天整理了(le)一下(xia)講解思(si)路,如果要完成整個(ge)電路的設計,還得從MOS管壓(ya)降VDS檢測保護說(shuo)起。

   很多人都知道(dao),目前(qian)管壓降檢測保護技術比較使用,簡單可靠,比傳(chuan)統的(de)電(dian)流,電(dian)阻(zu)采樣要可靠的(de)多。

 ;     我(wo)們知道MOS導通都存在一定電(dian)阻,也就是壓降,那(nei)我(wo)們就可以利用MOS自身導通電(dian)阻來對(dui)電(dian)流進行檢測取樣,如圖所示:

VD為檢測到的短路(lu)(lu)(lu)信(xin)(xin)號(hao),取樣點由(you)(you) 穩壓(ya)管D2和R2來(lai)設置,驅(qu)動(dong)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)分2路(lu)(lu)(lu),一路(lu)(lu)(lu)驅(qu)動(dong)MOS,一路(lu)(lu)(lu)為短路(lu)(lu)(lu)檢測。正(zheng)常情況下,短路(lu)(lu)(lu)檢測信(xin)(xin)號(hao)由(you)(you)MOS的導(dao)通(tong)而拉(la)低,保(bao)護(hu)電(dian)路(lu)(lu)(lu)不動(dong)作。當(dang)短路(lu)(lu)(lu)出(chu)現時(shi),通(tong)過MOS的電(dian)路(lu)(lu)(lu)增加,那么MOS的D極電(dian)位上(shang)升(sheng),短路(lu)(lu)(lu)檢測信(xin)(xin)號(hao)電(dian)位不能(neng)被拉(la)低,然而保(bao)護(hu)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)VD生效,保(bao)護(hu)電(dian)路(lu)(lu)(lu)動(dong)作。為了不使檢測信(xin)(xin)號(hao)誤動(dong)作,整個延遲時(shi)間由(you)(you)C決定。只要(yao)合適調整D2,R1和C的參數(shu),就能(neng)制作出(chu)一套完美的保(bao)護(hu)電(dian)路(lu)(lu)(lu)。

由(you)(you)于工作時(shi)間緊張,所以進度比較慢,現在已經(jing)是深夜了,今天(tian)整理了一(yi)下(xia)講解思路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu),如果要(yao)完(wan)成(cheng)整個(ge)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)的(de)(de)(de)設計,還(huan)得(de)從MOS管壓降(jiang)(jiang)VDS檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)說(shuo)起。  很(hen)多人都(dou)知道,目前(qian)管壓降(jiang)(jiang)檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)技術(shu)比較使(shi)用(yong),簡單(dan)可(ke)靠(kao),比傳統的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)流,電(dian)(dian)阻采樣(yang)要(yao)可(ke)靠(kao)的(de)(de)(de)多。     我(wo)們(men)知道MOS導(dao)(dao)通都(dou)存在一(yi)定電(dian)(dian)阻,也就(jiu)是壓降(jiang)(jiang),那我(wo)們(men)就(jiu)可(ke)以利用(yong)MOS自身(shen)導(dao)(dao)通電(dian)(dian)阻來對電(dian)(dian)流進行檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)取樣(yang),如圖所示:[圖片]VD為(wei)檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)到的(de)(de)(de)短(duan)路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)信號(hao)(hao),取樣(yang)點由(you)(you) 穩壓管D2和(he)(he)R2來設置(zhi),驅動(dong)(dong)信號(hao)(hao)分2路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu),一(yi)路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)驅動(dong)(dong)MOS,一(yi)路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)為(wei)短(duan)路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)。正常情況下(xia),短(duan)路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)信號(hao)(hao)由(you)(you)MOS的(de)(de)(de)導(dao)(dao)通而拉低(di),保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)不動(dong)(dong)作。當短(duan)路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)出現時(shi),通過MOS的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)增加,那么MOS的(de)(de)(de)D極電(dian)(dian)位(wei)上升,短(duan)路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)信號(hao)(hao)電(dian)(dian)位(wei)不能被拉低(di),然而保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)信號(hao)(hao)VD生(sheng)效,保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)動(dong)(dong)作。為(wei)了不使(shi)檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)信號(hao)(hao)誤動(dong)(dong)作,整個(ge)延遲時(shi)間由(you)(you)C決(jue)定。只(zhi)要(yao)合適調整D2,R1和(he)(he)C的(de)(de)(de)參數,就(jiu)能制作出一(yi)套完(wan)美的(de)(de)(de)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)。   下(xia)面是一(yi)份管壓降(jiang)(jiang)檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)的(de)(de)(de)詳細說(shuo)明(ming),是一(yi)份很(hen)好(hao)的(de)(de)(de)資料。[圖片]基于功(gong)率MOSFET導(dao)(dao)通壓降(jiang)(jiang)的(de)(de)(de)短(duan)路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)方法  今天(tian)先到這(zhe),明(ming)天(tian)我(wo)們(men)再繼續!

現在對短路部分的(de)(de)保護電(dian)路有(you)了(le)一(yi)定(ding)的(de)(de)了(le)解(jie)了(le),可以進行下面的(de)(de)設計了(le)。SPWM信號產生(sheng)已經提到(dao)過了(le),用(yong)的(de)(de)是TDS1093,這部分電(dian)路在張工的(de)(de)帖子中(zhong)已經有(you)詳細的(de)(de)說明了(le),現在我就不做過多(duo)講解(jie),這里(li)有(you)一(yi)份(fen)TDS1093的(de)(de)PDF資料,全中(zhong)文。

 

下面是我設計的TDS1093部分(fen)的電路(lu)

  

圖中O/N是為(wei)了切換載(zai)波頻(pin)(pin)率(lv)和輸出(chu)頻(pin)(pin)率(lv),安裝原件(jian)使(shi)用(yong)2P撥碼開關,這樣只(zhi)要撥動開關的位置,就(jiu)能(neng)實(shi)現(xian)工頻(pin)(pin)和高頻(pin)(pin)載(zai)波的頻(pin)(pin)率(lv),做到一(yi)板(ban)多(duo)用(yong),輸出(chu)頻(pin)(pin)率(lv)50/60HZ一(yi)樣實(shi)現(xian)。

TMP是溫度檢測控制部分,利用了(le)TDS1093本(ben)身的附加功能,節(jie)約了(le)一個雙運放比(bi)較器。這樣我們可以大大降低成(cheng)本(ben)和集成(cheng)度。

FAN是控(kong)制風(feng)扇開(kai)(kai)關的(de)輸出(chu)(chu)信號(hao)。輸出(chu)(chu)5V的(de)控(kong)制信號(hao),只(zhi)要外接一(yi)三(san)極(ji)管(guan)(guan)和一(yi)限流電阻,就能控(kong)制風(feng)扇的(de)開(kai)(kai)和關,我們(men)把這部分設計(ji)在(zai)H橋上,只(zhi)要更改(gai)三(san)極(ji)管(guan)(guan)的(de)型號(hao),就能完成多(duo)個風(feng)扇的(de)開(kai)(kai)關。隨心所欲(yu)。這樣也(ye)減(jian)少了驅動板(ban)的(de)體積。

 

VAC部分為(wei)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)反饋部分,檢(jian)測電(dian)路也設計在H橋上,這樣可以根(gen)據不同的(de)H橋來設計隔離和非隔離電(dian)路。正(zheng)常(chang)輸出220V時(shi)VAC端為(wei)2.45V電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)就能正(zheng)常(chang)工作(zuo)。

BEL處連(lian)接一蜂鳴器同步報警,這(zhe)里使用(yong)無源蜂鳴器。

SD為(wei)短路(lu)信號輸入端,正(zheng)常工(gong)作時(shi)為(wei)5V高電(dian)平,通過(guo)一2.4K電(dian)阻實現。短路(lu)信號將該電(dian)位拉低,就(jiu)能(neng)進入保護。

6腳(jiao)和8腳(jiao)是(shi)正弦波SPWM輸(shu)(shu)出腳(jiao)。輸(shu)(shu)出信號(hao)連接到反(fan)相器(qi)74HC04。

 

這里74HC04只用(yong)了4個反相(xiang)功能,空2個不用(yong)。R30和(he)R31這里用(yong)1K電阻來控制(zhi)SPWM信號(hao)的(de)(de)穩態,如(ru)果沒有這2電阻,就會遇到(dao)H橋關機后馬上開機炸(zha)管的(de)(de)可能。

 

這部分為死區控制部分和隔離部分,通過調整(zheng)22K電阻和47P電容(rong),就能控制死區的大(da)小。這里已經設(she)計好了,如果(guo)沒有(you)必要(yao)不需要(yao)改(gai)動。

圖(tu)中VO3120只是設計(ji)(ji)為大電(dian)流驅動電(dian)路而設計(ji)(ji),其(qi)實只要用TLP250就(jiu)OK了。

4個隔離光耦電(dian)源都(dou)通過470R電(dian)阻連(lian)接(jie)在(zai)一起(qi)連(lian)接(jie)5V基準電(dian)壓,短路(lu)出(chu)現(xian)時,只要(yao)改變電(dian)位(wei)的高(gao)低(di),就能實現(xian)SPWM的安全電(dian)位(wei)或關斷SPWM。改變4個10UF電(dian)容來控制切(qie)換狀態的速度。

我這里(li)有個話題希望大家出點意見(jian),因為這次(ci)設計的驅動打算(suan)單獨配(pei)H橋后級,功率做(zuo)(zuo)到(dao)3000W-4000W,這樣前(qian)級可(ke)(ke)以根(gen)據(ju)需要隨心配(pei)置,做(zuo)(zuo)到(dao)板材不浪費(fei)而實用。還有就是要與市(shi)電(dian)(dian)切(qie)換,所以打算(suan)220V升壓到(dao)270V,這樣既可(ke)(ke)以做(zuo)(zuo)不間斷電(dian)(dian)源,又可(ke)(ke)以穩壓。

   但是張(zhang)工(gong)給了點意見(jian),就是輔(fu)助電源從380V高壓部分取電,一來可(ke)以減(jian)少與前(qian)級的連(lian)接線,2來可(ke)以減(jian)少零(ling)件(jian)。所以打算做(zuo)點改(gai)進

  ; 由于我對開關電(dian)源(yuan)不(bu)是很懂,所以UC3845在電(dian)源(yuan)范圍上不(bu)適合高壓取(qu)電(dian),從高壓部(bu)分取(qu)電(dian)的(de)電(dian)流需要達到3A,如果用電(dian)阻降壓,可能穩定性很差,所以打算使用UC3842或(huo)者(zhe)其它(ta)的(de)芯片,大家有什么好而簡單(dan)的(de)圖紙(zhi)或(huo)者(zhe)方案,希望提供點參考。

這(zhe)里還有(you)一個問題,想大家(jia)一起討論下,就是上(shang)面(mian)圖中4個光耦關(guan)斷SPWM保護部(bu)分,前面(mian)我講到的(de)(de)是切斷光耦的(de)(de)5V供電部(bu)分來達到保護目的(de)(de),我又(you)仔細思考了(le)這(zhe)個問題,問題有(you):

   一(yi),切斷光(guang)耦的(de)電源,這樣就(jiu)沒有電源使4個光(guang)耦工作,達到保護目的(de),這樣可能(neng)穩定性(xing)和速度都要(yao)要(yao)差,但是(shi)(shi)這樣的(de)好(hao)處是(shi)(shi)容易(yi)布線。

   二,用4個開關2極管來(lai)將4路(lu)SPWM拉(la)低,這樣(yang)做(zuo)的(de)(de)好處是速(su)度上,穩定(ding)性上,抗干擾上,應該都要優于前者。看(kan)看(kan)大家的(de)(de)意見。

這(zhe)里(li)還(huan)有(you)(you)一(yi)個(ge)(ge)問(wen)題,想大(da)(da)家一(yi)起討(tao)論下,就是(shi)(shi)(shi)上(shang)(shang)(shang)面(mian)圖(tu)中4個(ge)(ge)光耦關斷(duan)SPWM保(bao)(bao)護部分,前面(mian)我講到的(de)(de)是(shi)(shi)(shi)切斷(duan)光耦的(de)(de)5V供電(dian)(dian)部分來達到保(bao)(bao)護目(mu)的(de)(de),我又仔細思考了這(zhe)個(ge)(ge)問(wen)題,問(wen)題有(you)(you):  一(yi),切斷(duan)光耦的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)源,這(zhe)樣(yang)就沒有(you)(you)電(dian)(dian)源使(shi)4個(ge)(ge)光耦工(gong)作(zuo),達到保(bao)(bao)護目(mu)的(de)(de),這(zhe)樣(yang)可能穩(wen)定性和速度都(dou)要要差,但是(shi)(shi)(shi)這(zhe)樣(yang)的(de)(de)好處是(shi)(shi)(shi)容易布線(xian)。  二,用4個(ge)(ge)開關2極管來將(jiang)4路(lu)SPWM拉低(di),這(zhe)樣(yang)做的(de)(de)好處是(shi)(shi)(shi)速度上(shang)(shang)(shang),穩(wen)定性上(shang)(shang)(shang),抗(kang)干(gan)擾上(shang)(shang)(shang),應(ying)該都(dou)要優(you)于(yu)前者。看看大(da)(da)家的(de)(de)意見。
